Greg Cicero Joins Union Bank to Head Global Treasury Management

3 hours agoBILXI Miss. (AP) — A spring storm is dumping heavy rains and bringing strong winds across the Southeast and officials say homes and cars have been flooded in Alabama and Mississippi. In Harrison County in southern Mississippi Emergency Management Director Rupert Lacy said Saturday that a steady rain has made about 100 roads impassable including the main route into Biloxi. Lacy says people have had to be rescued from stalled cars and flooded homes. Three people are at shelter. No injuries have been reported. The flooding follows two days of tornadoes across the Southeast.
