To date 18 fund managers have been granted QDII licenses. Jianyin Investment Co Ltd, indirectly owned by sovereign wealth fund China Investment Corp, holds a 70 pct stake in Guotai Asset Management, Wanlian Securities Co Ltd holds 20 pct and China Power Finance Co Ltd holds 10 pct.
